We understand your concerns about Internet activities and online payments. We use advanced security and encryption to ensure you the highest level of safety of your transaction. We are committed to protecting you privacy.
Your personal information is encrypted in transit from your computer to our server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. As part of the checkout process on our web site, our server verifies that you're using an approved browser—one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
When you are in our checkout screen, look for the "padlock" symbol at the bottom right of your browser screen. You should also see the "https" address at the upper left of your screen. Both the padlock and the "https" indication show that a secure internet connection is active.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all leading credit cards directly on our web site. We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Sorry—we do not accept checks of any type.
Please note that because we provide a service, we require your non-refundable payment in advance.
What should I do if I have a problem?
We pride ourselves on professional service—and we usually "get it right" the first time.
Since we offer quality service and at an exceptional value-for-price, we request payment in advance. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued, unless a clear technical problem results in an inadvertent duplicate payment. We ask you to carefully read about our services before you place you order—to make sure all is clear.
Nonetheless, we encourage you to contact us if you have any problem or question.
We've found that almost any problem can be solved—as long as we know about it and we can respond.

How do you handle documents?
We handle all documents by email (usually in the form of an attachment) or sometimes by FTP upload, such as in the case of USPTO filing. The USPTO has, for years, encouraged electronic filing of a wide range of IP documents. Many leading IP firms and other corporations handle documents electronically in much the same way as we do.
Handling documents electronically not only saves time, but it is also highly cost effective—allowing us to offer you professional service at an exceptionally low price.
By your sending us documents electronically as described above, you acknowledge that this a commonplace and reliable method of exchanging documents. Please note that we do NOT work with regular mailed documents.
We DO accept faxed documents, such as a signed Power of Attorney; however all other documents must be received in electronic form. Please write or call if you have any question.
